Due to the digital nature of our B2B SaaS software, all payments made after the free trial period are **non-refundable**. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles or unused monitoring time.
You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next month.
