2. Subscriptions and Billing Terms

- All payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record (Paddle/Lemon Squeezy).
- Subscriptions ($49/mo or $99/mo) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Limitation of Liability (Crucial for B2B)

CartsMonitor is a monitoring tool. We do not guarantee 100% detection of all website errors. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARTSMONITOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, SALES, DATA, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY STORE DOWNTIME OR UNNOTICED CHECKOUT BUGS.
